Your data

Almost everything Nomi holds is filed under a brand, and the brand is the unit that deletes. Here is what is stored, how to take a copy out, and what each delete removes.

What is stored

  • Your account: your name and your email address. Your password is held by our authentication provider as a hash, never by us.
  • Your brand: its name, positioning, tone of voice, audiences and personas, colours and typefaces, competitors, the logo, and every document you added as a knowledge source.
  • Your products and markets: the product details, and the facts that differ per market: price, offer, claims, landing page.
  • Your conversations: what you sent, what Nomi replied, and anything you attached.
  • What Nomi made: each image, the prompt behind it, the strategy labels, and what it cost.
  • Memory: the per-brand notes Nomi keeps between sessions.
  • Bug reports: what you wrote and any screenshot you sent with it.

Card details are not among them, and competitor research reads only ads the platforms already publish.

Taking a copy out

Creatives download from the card menu, one at a time or as a zip, and briefs save as Markdown. The brand hub and the Memory tab show everything held about a brand, editable in place. For anything beyond that, write to privacy@nomigrowth.com and we answer within 30 days.

Removing one thing

Everything here asks first, and nothing here comes back.

  • A memory, from the Memory tab. Nomi stops knowing it from its next session on.
  • A knowledge source, from Knowledge sources on the General tab. Your own copy of the file is untouched.
  • A creative, from its ... menu, picture included. Anything derived from it survives on its own.
  • A session, which takes the conversation and leaves the work: its creatives stay in the Library.
  • A product, with its pictures. Creatives made for it stay, minus the product's name.

Deleting a brand

The Danger zone at the foot of a brand's General tab. It takes the chats, creatives, products, markets, personas and memory filed under that brand, and the stored files with them. You type the brand's name to confirm. Only a brand admin can, and it cannot be your last brand: Nomi needs one to land in.

There is no undo and no export. Download what you want to keep first.

Deleting your account

The Danger zone at the foot of Settings, You. You type the email address on the account to confirm, and pressing Delete account signs you out and takes the account with it. Every brand you were the last person in goes with it, along with its chats, creatives, products, memory and stored files; a brand you share with a colleague survives, for them. A subscription still running is cancelled on the way, so nothing is charged after the account is gone.

The other companies that help run Nomi keep their own short-lived copies, and our delete does not reach into those. Write to privacy@nomigrowth.com if you need one of them cleared as well.

One record outlives all of it: that a charge happened, because we have to account for what was billed. It holds no brand content.
