Plans and credits
What a credit buys, when the allowance resets, and what happens at zero.
Last updated 19 October 2026

One balance pays for everything Nomi does: the conversation, the pictures, the edits. There is no quota per feature, so a month of research and a month of twenty variants come out of the same number.
What an action costs
A button does not carry its price. The list below does, and a spend that asks first names its total in the question.
- A strategist turn is about 3 credits, metered on what it used to a tenth of a credit, so a quick question can cost 0.4 and deep research 20. While a reply runs, its cost so far sits beside the clock under it, and pointing at a finished reply shows its total beside the vote buttons. That total includes any brand research, deep research or product reading the reply ran; a creative you confirm on its card is charged as a draw instead.
- Drawing a new creative is 6, on top of the turn that asks for it, so a new picture lands at about 9.
- Editing one is 3.
- Resizing it to another format, or the same ad in another market's language, is 6 each time.
- Having Nomi read a whole brand and set it up is 75, quoted flat rather than metered.
Do not divide your allowance by one draw: a finished ad is usually a draw plus a few edits and a resize.
The plans
| Plan | Price a month | Credits a month | On annual | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | €59 | 1,400 | 1,680 | 2 |
| Pro | €179 | 4,500 | 5,400 | 5 |
| Ultra | €449 | 11,500 | 13,800 | 15 |
Every plan runs the same product; they differ by volume, seats and top-up rate. People who can see the work but not make any of it are free and unlimited, and everyone shares one balance. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
A seat beyond the plan's own can be bought by the account owner from Settings, Plan & Usage: €15 a month on Essential, €14 on Pro and €12 on Ultra. A seat gives one more person access; the credits stay the plan's.
Picking one at the start
A new account meets the plans before anything else: you sign up, pick a plan on a page of its own, pay, and Nomi takes you straight into brand setup. Having Nomi read a brand costs 75 credits, which is why the plan comes first rather than after.
If you pressed a plan on the website before signing up, that choice comes with you and checkout opens as soon as the account exists.
An account the Nomi team sets up for you already carries its plan, so your first sign-in goes straight to brand setup instead of the plans.
The 7-day trial
A company that has never subscribed can try Essential for €6 plus VAT. On the plans page, with Monthly selected, Essential leads with the trial and its button reads Start 7-day trial. The trial payment is charged by card when you start, and you get 300 credits to spend over 7 days, roughly 33 new pictures.
At the end of the seventh day the trial becomes the Essential plan: €59 a month plus VAT is charged to the same card, usually within the hour, and when the charge goes through the 1,400 credits arrive and your month counts from that day. If the card is declined the trial's credits end, and the plan starts once the payment is made. The card shows the date before you pay, the bar at the top of the plans page reads Essential trial with the day the plan starts, and the account owner gets an email three days before the charge.
To stop, open Manage payment on the plans page and cancel there. The trial still runs to the end of its 7 days, the plan is never charged, and what you made stays in the Library.
To keep going sooner, pick any plan while the trial runs: the cards read Start Essential now, Start Pro now and Start Ultra now. Nomi shows the amount and asks first; then the trial ends, the plan is charged today and its credits are yours. If the 300 run out before the week does, generation stops and the warning carries the same way on, Start your plan. A top-up bought during the trial costs €0.05 a credit, the price without a plan; the plan's own rate starts with its first payment.
The trial is offered once for a company, once for a person and once for a card, and not to a card that already pays for another company. A second one is cancelled at once and its trial payment returned to the card. The annual tab sells the plan itself, without a trial.
A preview
Some accounts start as a preview: someone at Nomi reads your brand, makes a few ads with it and sends you a link. Opening the link and picking a password makes the account yours, with the ads in Library, the conversation that made them, and 120 credits to try Nomi on your own brand for 14 days.
When the credits or the days run out, everything you made stays. Pick a plan to keep going, or book a call from Settings, Plan & Usage.
When the allowance resets
Your allowance is a period, not a calendar month, and it is anchored on your own day of the month rather than the 1st. Subscribe on the 16th and your credits refill on the 16th, when that period's payment goes through, usually within the hour. A period starting on the 31st lands on the last day of a short month, then returns to the 31st. If a renewal's payment is declined, no new credits arrive until it is paid; what is left of the last period stays yours meanwhile.
Unused allowance does not roll over. Each period's credits are for that period.
On an annual plan
An annual plan costs the same a month as a monthly one, billed once for the year, and carries a fifth more credits. All twelve months of them arrive with the year's payment, and the next refill comes with the next year's. Essential annual is 20,160 at once rather than 1,400 a month, so the balance you are looking at is the year's. Spend it in March and there is no refill until the anniversary.
Nothing paces an annual balance for you, and nothing warns you when it is going faster than a year. Divide by twelve if you want a monthly figure to work to.
Changing plan
An upgrade starts at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the period and get the same share of the larger plan's extra credits; its whole allowance comes with your next payment. Moving to Ultra a day before your month renews costs about a day of the difference and adds about a day of the credits.
A downgrade starts at once too, with nothing charged and nothing credited back. The credits you have for this period stay until it ends, and the next payment is the smaller plan's.
Moving from monthly to annual starts the yearly price at once: you pay for the rest of your billing year, less what is left of the month, and the same share of a year's credits arrives with it. An annual plan moves to monthly only when its year ends: turn off renewal under Manage subscription, then pick monthly.
Topping up
You can buy credits at any point, in packs of 500, 1,500, 4,000 or 10,000, at 10% under your plan's own rate: €0.038 each on Essential, €0.036 on Pro and €0.035 on Ultra, against €0.05 without a plan. Bought credits belong to no period and never expire, and you can spend them without a subscription; if you had one and it ended, they wait until a subscription is active again. The allowance is always spent first, so the credits that would have vanished go before the ones that keep.
When you run out
Generation stops and nothing else does. Your sessions, your brands and your Library stay exactly as they are. Top up, or move up a plan.
You are told before it happens. Under 100 credits, roughly eleven new pictures, a card at the foot of the sidebar reads Low on credits and opens Buy credits, then Out of credits once the balance is gone. Without a plan the card carries two buttons, Pick a plan and Buy credits. A reply or a render that stops for credits shows a short warning with the way out in it: Top up on a plan, the same two buttons without one. On a render card it stands where Render and Decline would be. Your balance is always in the account menu, your picture at the foot of the rail.
Cancelling is the same. You keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for; after that generation stops and everything you made stays in the Library. Credits you had bought are locked rather than deleted, and come back the moment the subscription does.
By default Nomi only asks before a spend over 200 credits, and nothing above costs that much: a draw, an edit and a resize go through on one press. Change the ceiling under Confirm before spending in Settings, where Always asks every time.
