Limits
Nomi holds a handful of hard ceilings, and most people never touch them. This page collects them in one place and says what you see when you reach one.

What one message can carry
Four pictures. That is the ceiling whether you attach them off your computer or name one already in Nomi with @, and the two kinds share it. Attach more and the extra ones stay visible in your message but never reach Nomi, with a line under the message saying so. The four also share a combined weight budget of about 3.5 MB, and anything past it drops the same quiet way.
Nomi reads PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF. Anything else comes back as "Nomi couldn't read that picture", the message is not sent at all, and you can attach it again in one of those formats.
Documents attached to a message are not read. A price list, a brand book or a spreadsheet belongs in the brand's knowledge sources, which is the surface built to hold it.
One message can also be about up to eight products at once.
Big pictures are shrunk in your browser before they upload, so a photo straight off a phone is not something you need to resize yourself.
File sizes
Each of these is a ceiling on one file, checked before it uploads.

How often you can send
Ten messages a minute, counted per person across the brand you are working in. Over that, Nomi says that is a lot of turns in one minute and asks you to give it a moment. Nothing is charged and nothing is lost: wait about a minute and send the same message again.
One reply at a time
A conversation answers one message at a time. Open the same session in a second tab and send from both, and the second is refused with a note that Nomi is still answering somewhere else. Wait for that reply to land, then send again.
A single reply has about four and a half minutes to do its work, research and drawing included. Past that Nomi stops itself and answers with what it has, rather than leaving you with nothing.
How long a name can be
A session name and a creative title each take up to 120 characters. A bug report takes 4,000.
