Sharing a session
A session starts private. Sharing it hands somebody the whole conversation and everything it has made, and there are three answers to who that somebody is: nobody, everyone on the brand's team, or the people you name, which puts the session in a space with them.

The three answers
- Only you. Private means private from everyone else on the team, admins included. It does not appear in their sidebar and they cannot open it.
- Everyone on the brand's team. One row at the foot of the picker. Anyone on that team can open it, and nobody is notified.
- The people you name. Ticking teammates makes a space and moves the session into it, so the people you picked are in the room rather than on that one conversation. It is the same one click it always was, and the next session you start in there needs no second one.
Sharing one
Open the menu
Hover the session in Recents and press the ⋯, or use the same menu at the top of an open session. Share session appears only if you started the session or you are an admin of the brand, and only while the session is not already in a space. Once the whole team has it, that row reads Whole team · change.
Tick who
The picker lists the brand's team, with the whole-team row underneath. Ticking that row dims the individuals, because naming people inside a conversation the team can already read does nothing. If you are the only person on the team, the picker says so and points you at Settings.
Name the room
Ticking anybody brings up a Space name field above the list, filled in from the session's own name. Write over it if the campaign is called something else.
Save
The button stays disabled until something would change. Press it and you land on the space, with the session inside it and the people you ticked in People. Turning the whole-team row off again is how a session goes back to being private.
Sharing shows the entire conversation, including everything said long before you shared it, and every creative it has made.
Once other people are on it
Whoever is in the space is who is in the session, and small faces appear beside its name, in the sidebar and above the conversation. Messages from other people carry their name and face; your own look as they always did.
Nomi is told who is in the room and which of you sent the message it is answering, so it can address one of you by name.
Anyone who can read the session can talk in it, as long as their role in the brand lets them work: a Viewer reads and changes nothing. Turns come out of the one balance the company shares, whoever sends them.
Taking access back happens in People on the space's page. The bin beside somebody takes them out, and the sessions filed in the space go with them.
Branch a session that is in a space and the branch stays in that space. Branch one the whole team can read and you get your own copy, private again.
No. An admin can change the sharing on a session they can already open, but a private session was never one of those.
In the sidebar, in the Spaces block above Recents, and its sessions turn up in Recents like any other session. Nobody is sent a notification, so the space appearing is the notice.
