Plans and credits
One balance pays for everything Nomi does: the conversation, the pictures, the edits. There is no quota per feature, so a month of research and a month of twenty variants come out of the same number. This page says what each action costs, when the balance refills, and what happens at zero.

What an action costs
Anything you press a button to start names its price on the button.
- A strategist turn is about 3 credits, metered on what it used, so a quick question costs less than deep research.
- Drawing a new creative is 6, on top of the turn that asks for it, so a new picture lands at about 9.
- Editing one is 3.
- Resizing it to another format, or the same ad in another market's language, is 6 each time.
- Having Nomi read a whole brand and set it up is 75, quoted flat rather than metered.
Do not divide your allowance by one draw: a finished ad is usually a draw plus a few edits and a resize.
The plans
| Plan | Credits a month | Monthly | Annual, per month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 1,400 | €59 | €50 | 2 |
| Pro | 4,500 | €179 | €143 | 5 |
| Ultra | 11,500 | €449 | €336 | 15 |
Every plan runs the same product; they differ by volume, seats and top-up rate. People who can see the work but not make any of it are free and unlimited, and everyone shares one balance.
When the allowance resets
Your allowance is a period, not a calendar month, and it is anchored on your own day of the month rather than the 1st. Subscribe on the 16th and your credits refill on the 16th. A period starting on the 31st lands on the last day of a short month, then returns to the 31st.
Unused allowance does not roll over. Each period's credits are for that period.
Topping up
You can buy credits at any point, in packs of 500, 1,500, 4,000 or 10,000, at €0.05 each or €0.045 on Ultra. Bought credits belong to no period and never expire, though they need an active subscription to spend. The allowance is always spent first, so the credits that would have vanished go before the ones that keep.
When you run out
Generation stops and nothing else does. Your sessions, your brands and your Library stay exactly as they are. Top up, or move up a plan.
You are told before it happens. Under 100 credits, roughly eleven new pictures, the credit count under the message field reads Low on credits and offers Top up, and it reads Out of credits once the balance is gone.
Cancelling is the same. You keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for; after that generation stops and everything you made stays in the Library. Credits you had bought are locked rather than deleted, and come back the moment the subscription does.
By default Nomi only asks before a spend over 200 credits, and nothing above costs that much: a draw, an edit and a resize go through on one press. Change the ceiling under Confirm before spending in Settings, where Always asks every time.
